IZVEDLI SMO NACIONALNO POST PLA4 DELAVNICO

V torek, 13. oktobra 2026 smo v okviru projekta CL-BVET izvedli nacionalno post PLA4 delavnico.
Na Šolskem centru Novo mesto se nas je zbralo 11 strokovnjakov, ki smo pregledali rezultate razvoja izobraževalnih programov v projektu CL-BVET. Proučili smo možnosti izvajanja nastalih programov v kombiniranih učnih okoljih - povezovanje učenja v živo, spletnega učenja ter praktičnega dela. Predstavili smo dva pripravljena programa, ki ju bomo pilotno izvajali: Digitalna orodja za učinkovito vodenje projektov ter Osnove digitalne industrijske avtomatizacije s PLK. Pojasnili smo preverjanje pridobljenih kompetenc ter možnosti pridobitve digitalne značke Open Badge.
Veseli smo udeležbe, raznolikih predlogov in pogledov.
Veselimo se nadaljnjega sodelovanja.
WE HELD A NATIONAL POST PLA4 WORKSHOP
On Tuesday, 13th October 2026, we held a national post PLA4 workshop as part of the CL-BVET project.
Eleven experts gathered at the Novo Mesto School Centre to review the results of the educational program development within the CL-BVET project. We examined options for implementing the newly developed programs in blended learning environments—combining in-person learning, online learning, and practical work. We presented two programs prepared for pilot implementation: "Digital Tools for Effective Project Management" and "Fundamentals of Digital Industrial Automation with PLCs". We also explained the assessment of acquired competencies and the options for obtaining an Open Badge.
We appreciate the participation and the diverse range of suggestions and perspectives shared.
We look forward to continued collaboration.

POVABILO K UDELEŽBI NA NACIONALNO DELAVNICO POST PLA4
Spoštovani,
v torek, 13. oktobra 2026, bomo na Šolskem centru Novo mesto v okviru projekta CL-BVET izvedli nacionalno delavnico post PLA4.
Z delavnico bomo pričeli ob 10.00 uri, zgradba I (medpodjetniški izobraževalni center), prostor IP.6.
Namen delavnice post PLA4 je predstaviti rezultate razvoja izobraževalnih programov v projektu CL-BVET ter možnosti njihovega izvajanja v kombiniranih učnih okoljih, ki povezujejo učenje v živo, spletno učenje in praktično delo.

IZVEDLI SMO 4. PARTNERSKO SREČANJE IN PLA4
V okviru projekta CL-BVET smo 17. in 18. 9. 2026 izvedli četrto partnersko srečanje ter PLA4.
Tokratno srečanje je potekalo pri našem partnerju JU Srednja stručna škola Pljevlja v Črni Gori.
Dogodka so se udeležili predstavniki vseh projektnih partnerjev.
Pregledali smo izvedene aktivnosti ter dosežene rezultate projekta na polovici trajanja projekta.
Začrtali smo aktivnosti po posameznih delovnih paketih, ki nas čakajo.
Posvetili smo se nadaljnjim projektnim aktivnostim: implementacija pripravljenih programov ter pilotna izvedba programov usposabljanja za sodelovalno učenje v okoljih mešanega učenja. Spregovorili smo tudi o pričetku implementacije ter načrtu izvajanja mobilnosti študentov.
Delovno srečanje je bilo zelo uspešno.

WE HELD 4th PARTNER MEETING AND PLA4
As part of the CL-BVET project, we held the fourth partner meeting and PLA4 on 17th and 18th September 2026.
This meeting took place at our partner, JU Srednja stručna škola Pljevlja, in Montenegro.
Representatives from all project partners attended the event.
We reviewed the activities carried out and the results achieved at the project's midpoint.
We outlined the upcoming activities for each work package.
We focused on future project activities: the implementation of the developed programs and the pilot delivery of training programs for collaborative learning in blended learning environments. We also discussed the start of implementation and the plan for student mobility.
The working meeting was highly successful.

ČETRTO PARTNERSKO SREČANJE IN PLA4
Z veseljem sporočamo, da bomo v okviru projekta CL-BVET izvedli četrto partnersko srečanje in PLA4.
Tokratno srečanje bo gostil projektni partner iz Črne Gore: Srednja strokovna šola Pljevlja.
Srečanje bo potekalo od 17. do 18. septembra 2026.
Pregledali bomo dosedaj izvedene aktivnosti ter dosežene rezultate na polovici trajanja projekta, spregovorili o nadaljnjih projektnih aktivnostih po posameznih delovnih paketih ter se pogovorili o vseh izzivih, s katerimi se srečujemo pri projektnem delu.

FOURTH PARTNER MEETING AND PLA4
We are pleased to announce that, as part of the CL-BVET project, we will be holding the fourth partner meeting and PLA4.
This meeting will be hosted by the project partner from Montenegro: the Pljevlja Secondary Vocational School. T
The meeting will take place from 17th to 18th September 2026.
We will review the activities carried out so far and the results achieved at the halfway point of the project, discuss future project activities by individual work packages, and talk about all the challenges we are facing in our project work.

ODDALI SMO POROČILO PROJEKTA CL-BVET O DOSEŽENIH REZULTATIH NA POLOVICI TRAJANJA PROJEKTA
Našemu financerju projekta CL-BVET: Evropska komisija - EACEA iz programa ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET - Capacity building in the field of Vocational education and training (VET) smo predložili poročilo o doseženih rezultatih na polovici trajanja projekta.
Poročilo zajema obdobje izvajanja projekta CL-BVET od 1. 1. 2025 do 30. 6. 2026.
Veseli nas, da smo zastavljene plane dosegli ter jih na nekaterih področjih tudi presegli.
Z veliko skrbnostjo stremimo k izvajanju nadaljnjih aktivnosti projekta CL-BVET.
WE HAVE SUBMITTED THE CL-BVET PROJECT REPORT ON INTERIM RESULTS.
We have submitted a report on the results achieved at the project's midpoint to our funder for the CL-BVET project - the European Commission (EACEA) under the ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET programme (Capacity building in the field of Vocational Education and Training).
The report covers the CL-BVET project implementation period from 1st January 2025 to 30th June 2026.
We are pleased to have met our planned targets and, in some areas, even exceeded them.
We remain fully committed to the diligent implementation of the remaining CL-BVET project activities.

DOSEŽENI REZULTATI NA POLOVICI TRAJANJA PROJEKTA CL-BVET
Do 30. junija 2026, ko je projekt CL-BVET na polovici izvajanja, smo dosegli pomembne rezultate:
uspešno smo pripravili 7 zelo dobrih izobraževalnih programov od 1 ECTS do 4 ECTS. Vsi programi potekajo na skupni osnovi – enoten učni načrt projekta CL-BVET, vsi imajo jasno opredeljene kompetence in učne cilje, imajo odprto značko (Open badge) in jih je mogoče izvajati v kombiniranih učnih okoljih. Partnerji smo pripravili programe v sodelovanju z okoljem, šolami in podjetji – ustvarili so programe, ki jih potrebujejo, jih lahko izvajajo in jih bodo tudi pilotno izvedli v naslednji fazi projekta.

RESULTS ACHIEVED AT THE MIDPOINT OF THE CL-BVET PROJECT
By June 30, 2026 - the midpoint of the CL-BVET project - we had achieved significant results:
we successfully developed seven high-quality training programs, ranging from 1 to 4 ECTS credits. All programs share a common foundation—the unified CL-BVET project curriculum—and feature clearly defined competencies and learning objectives. They also incorporate Open Badges and are designed for delivery in blended learning environments. We developed these programs in collaboration with the local community, schools, and businesses, creating courses that meet actual needs, are feasible to implement, and are scheduled for pilot delivery in the next phase of the project.

TRETJE GLASILO PROJEKTA
Spoštovani,
pripravili smo tretje glasilo projekta.
Predstavljamo projektno dogajanje v prvi polovici letošnjega leta ter dosedanje dosežke projekta.
V tem obdobju smo izvedli tretje partnersko srečanje, PLA3 (peer-learning-activity), nacionalno post PLA3, izvedli smo delavnice medsebojnega učenja na nacionalnem nivoju. Pripravili smo program Usposabljanje učiteljev za kombinirano učenje in ga tudi uspešno izvedli v obliki štirih spletnih srečanj v živo.
Veliko zanimivega se dogaja na projektu.

THIRD NEWSLETTER OF THE PROJECT

we have prepared the third Newsletter of the project.
We present the project developments in the first half of this year and the project achievements so far.
During this period, we held the third partnership meeting, PLA3 (peer-learning-activity), the national post PLA3, we conducted peer learning workshops at the national level. We prepared the Teacher Training program for Blended Learning program and successfully implemented it in the form of four live online meetings.

PROJEKT CL-BVET NA MEDNARODNI KONFERENCI SkillME
V petek, 13. 3. 2026, je na Šolskem centru Novo mesto potekala mednarodna konferenca SkillME 2026, ki povezuje šolstvo in gospodarstvo v regiji Alpe–Adria. Na konferenci smo sodelovali tudi s predstavitvijo projekta CL-BVET.
Na dogodku je sodelovalo več kot 200 udeležencev - dijakov in mentorjev iz Slovenije, Avstrije, Italije, Hrvaške, Črne Gore ter Bosne in Hercegovine, ki so skozi sodelovanje, izmenjavo znanja in praktično delo krepili strokovne kompetence ter mednarodne povezave.
Konferenca je potekala v dveh delih. V plenarni del so bila vključena strokovna predavanja, predstavitve primerov dobrih praks ter razmisleki o prihodnosti strokovnega izobraževanja, sodelovalnega učenja in sodelovanja z gospodarstvom.
Sočasno so potekale praktične delavnice za dijake, ki so v mednarodno mešanih skupinah reševali konkretne izzive iz strokovnih področij strojništva, mehatronike, avtoservisne dejavnosti in lesarstva.
Takšen način dela spodbuja timsko sodelovanje, sodelovalno učenje, izmenjavo znanja ter razvoj komunikacijskih in strokovnih kompetenc hkrati pa sodelovanje med šolami in gospodarstvom ter mladim odpira vrata v prihodnost poklicev.
CL-BVET PROJECT AT AN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE SkillME
On Friday, 13 th March 2026, the international conference SkillME 2026, which connects education and the economy in the Alps-Adria region, was held at the School center Novo mesto. We also participated in the conference by presenting the CL-BVET project.
The event was attended by more than 200 participants - students and mentors from Slovenia, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, who strengthened their professional competencies and international connections through cooperation, knowledge exchange and practical work.
The conference was held in two parts. The plenary part included professional lectures, presentations of good practice examples and reflections on the future of vocational education, collaborative learning and cooperation with the economy.
At the same time, practical workshops were held for students who, in internationally mixed groups, solved concrete challenges from the professional fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, car service activities and woodworking.
This way of working encourages teamwork, collaborative learning, knowledge exchange, and the development of communication and professional competencies, while at the same time, cooperation between schools and the economy and young people opens the door to the future of professions.

IZVEDLI SMO NACIONALNI DOGODEK POST PLA3
Na Šolskem centru Novo mesto smo 3. februarja 2026 organizirali nacionalni dogodek POST PLA3.
Uvodoma je vodja projekta prisotnim predstavil projekt ter rezultate projekta prvega leta. Poudarek dogodku, ki je bil izveden v obliki delavnice, je bil na naslednjih tematikah: kako izvajati usposabljanja v kombiniranih učnih okoljih, primernost pripravljenih programov ter njihovo umeščanje usposabljanja z Open badge, kakšni dokazi o znanju in veščinah so potrebni za pridobitev Open badge.
Dogovorili smo se tudi o naslednjih korakih: vzpostaviti portal za on-line učenje, priprava in izvedba programa usposabljanja za kombinirano učenje, dokončanje obeh programov ter naslednje delovno srečanje projektnih partnerjev.
Ocenjujemo, da smo delavnico ter celoten dogodek uspešno izvedli.
WE HELD A NATIONAL POST PLA3 EVENT
On 3rd February 2026, we organized a national POST PLA3 event at the School centre Novo mesto.
In the introduction, the project manager presented the project and the results of the first year of the project to those present. The focus of the event, which was held in the form of a workshop, was on the following topics: how to implement training in blended learning environments, the suitability of prepared programs and their placement in Open badge training, what evidence of knowledge and skills is required to obtain the Open badge.
We also agreed on the following steps: establishing an online learning portal, preparing and implementing a blended learning training program, completing both programs, and the next working meeting of project partners.
We estimate that we successfully implemented the workshop and the entire event.

PARTNERSKO SREČANJE IN PLA3
V okviru projekta CL-BVET smo 15. in 16. januarja 2026 izvedli tretje partnersko srečanje in PLA3. Tokratno srečanje je gostil projektni partner Tehnička škola Gradiška, Bosna in Hercegovina, ki se mu za gostoljublje lepo zahvaljujemo.
Pregledali smo izvedene projektne aktivnosti po posameznih delovnih paketih ter dosežene rezultate projekta v prvem letu.
Pregledali smo platformo za izobraževalne programe. Vsak projektni partner je predstavil pripravljen program, ki temelji na skupnem učnem načrtu s pridobitvijo Open Badge. Izmenjali smo izkušnje in se učili o izvajanju programov pridobivanja kompetenc za sodelovalno učenje v okoljih mešanega učenja.
Tovrstna srečanja so za dobro izvajanje projektnih aktivnosti zelo pomembna.
PARTNER MEETING AND PLA3
Within the framework of the CL-BVET project, we held 15th and 16th January 2026 the third partner meeting and PLA3. This time, the meeting was hosted by the project partner Tehnička škola Gradiška, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to whom we would like to thank for their hospitality.
We reviewed the implemented project activities by individual work packages and the achieved project results in the first year.
We reviewed the platform for educational programs. Each project partner presented a prepared program based on a common curriculum with the acquisition of the Open Badge. We exchanged experiences and learned about the implementation of programs for acquiring competencies for collaborative learning in blended learning environments.
Such meetings are very important for the good implementation of project activities.

SPLETNO USPOSABLJANJE: UPORABA ODPRTIH ZNAČK ZA PREPOZNAVANJE PRIDOBLJENIH KOMPETENC
V okviru delovnega paketa 2: Kompetence in izobraževalni programi za sodelovalno učenje smo 14. 10. 2025 izvedli spletno usposabljanje Uporaba odprtih značk za prepoznavanje pridobljenih kompetenc. Usposabljanja se je udeležilo 16 oseb.
Vodja projekta Tomaž Pintarič je predstavil Odprte značke: kaj so Odprte značke, njihove prednosti uporabe, katere informacije vsebujejo, kdo jih izdaja, kako so narejene, kakšne možnosti preverjanja zunanjih uporabnikov le-te omogočajo, kakšni so trendi v svetu glede njihove uporabe - kako lahko digitalno vrednotenje pridobljenega znanja pomaga dvigniti zmogljivosti poklicnega izobraževanja.
Vodja projekta je izpostavil kako pripraviti program izobraževanja ali usposabljanja za pridobitev Odprte značke – katere sestavine mora program vsebovati.
V okviru projekta CL-BVET je vodilni partner Šolski center Novo mesto že kupil licenco Open badge, premium paket. S tem smo pridobili pravice za ustvarjanje in upravljanje naših Open badges na portal.
Tomaž je pokazal dostop do platforme Openbadgefactory. Pokazal je primer že enega pripravljenega programa z uporabo Open badge.
Tomaž Pintarič je izpostavil, da je vsem prijavljenim kreiral dostop do spletne učilnice. Vsak je že prejel dostopno geslo. Podal je pobudo, da v nadaljevanju vsak od udeležencev na osnovi dodeljenega dostopa razišče platformo Open badge.
Veselimo se novih znanj.
ON-LINE TRAINING: USE OF OPEN BADGES TO IDENTIFY ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES
As part of work package 2: Competences and educational programs for collaborative learning, we conducted an online training on 14th October 2025
Use of open badges to identify acquired competencies. 16 people attended the training.
Project manager Tomaž Pintarič presented Open Badges: what are Open Badges, their advantages of use, what information they contain, who issues them, how are they made, what options for external user verification they enable, what are the global trends regarding their use - how can digital evaluation of acquired knowledge help increase the capacity of vocational education.
The project manager highlighted how to prepare an education or training program to obtain an Open Badge - what components should the program contain.
As part of the CL-BVET project, the lead partner Šolski center Novo mesto has already purchased the Open badge license, premium package. This gave us the rights to create and manage our Open badges on the portal.
Project manager showed access to the Openbadgefactory platform. He showed an example of a program already prepared using Open badge.
Project manager pointed out that he created access to the online classroom for all registered participants. Each one has already received an access password. He suggested that each of the participants should explore the Open badge platform based on the assigned access.
We look forward to new knowledge.
