Third mobility of students and teachers to Romania




From the 12th to the 15th of September,   9 students and 3 teachers attended the 3rd mobility to Romania. Unfortunately, the Italian team decided to attend this mobility as a "blended mobility".


MOBILITY (România) - PROGRAM

DAY 1: 12.09.2022

• The opening celebration in the school club (Presentation of the school video, Presentation of the “Vasimachi” School Mascot, Presentation of the school Anthem)
• Lecture dedicated to the different types of threats to the production of wheat and the various instruments, strategies and biological treatments existing at European level;
• Visit to school facilities and the greenhouse;
11:30
• Travel to "Ion Ionescu de la Brad" Iasi University of Life Sciences
• University visit (TPPA visit - bread production laboratories, analysis and research laboratories, milk product production laboratories, beer and wine production laboratory, meat and meat products production laboratory, zootechnical museum of the university , campus)
15:00
• Lunch - Restaurant "Beraria Veche"/"Turnul de Apă", Iasi 
16:30
• Travel "Botanical Garden", Iași
• Visit the botanical heritage – 
18:30
• Return to accommodation


DAY 2: 13.09.2022

• Departure from Iasi to Piatra Neamț - Bicaz

• Visit the Red Lake and the Bicazului Gorges (presentation of the fair of local handicraft products)

• Boat ride on Lake Bicaz –

• Return to Iași

• Arrived in Iași


DAY 3: 14.09.2022

• Travel from Iași to Vlădeni Farm

• Presentation of the technology used in the Panifcom Vladeni farm
• Lecture on traditional and modern techniques of grain harvesting;
• Lecture dedicated to the different types of threats to the production of wheat and the various instruments, strategies and biological treatments;

• Travel to Wine cellar “Hermeziu”, “Areas Lungu”
13:00
• Lunch – Restaurant “La Domenii”, at the Bivolari – 
14:30
• Visit the agricultural farm, horticultural farm, livestock farm at the “Areas Lungu”

• Tasting varieties of wines representative of the NE area of Romania

• Travel back to Iași

• Arrived in Iasi


DAY 4: 15.09.2022

• Workshop on traditional methods of obtaining bread from wheat flour (through the two methods: direct method and indirect method) in the food industry laboratory

• Presentation of dances accompanied by traditional Romanian music - "Mugurașii" school ensemble
• Exhibition of traditional Romanian objects, traditional Romanian clothing, parade of popular costumes

• Organoleptic analysis of dough products (bread)
13:00
• Lunch in the school canteen –

• Travel to USV, Iași - fermentation analysis of yeasts used in baking in the laboratory/ "Literature Museum" USLIP Iași, "Braunstein" Museum, Piata Unirii, Iași –

• Visit to the Wine cellar at Restaurant “Bolta Rece”
• Final dinner – Restaurant “Bolta Rece”, Iași –
